ABD Project

Each year, in the spring, Ridgefield’s ABD (Abilities Beyond Disabilities) home is “spruced-up” and then we join the residents for a delightful and rewarding lunch.

Kids Day in The Park

As part of Ridgefield’s Sale-a-bration sidewalk sale, the Rotary provides pony rides and games for the kids of Ridgefield.

Adopt-A-Street

The Rotary has adopted Grove Street! Each month a different Rotary team removes Ridgefield’s trash from this street.

Breakfast With Santa

A cooperative celebration (collaboration) with Lions, Kiwanis and Ridgefield Woman’s Club.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing

The Rotary Club helps to “ring the bells” for the Salvation Army’s annual drive to spread cheer to others less fortunate.

Toys For Tots

In keeping with the Holiday spirit the Rotary Club helps the Marine Corps gather toys for children in need.

Memorial Day Parade

Celebrating with the town the Rotary Club joins with other organizations to march in Ridgefield’s Memorial Day Parade.

Ridgefield Rotary Scholarship

The Ridgefield Rotary Scholarship is awarded to a deserving Ridgefield High School graduating senior who exemplifies the Rotary motto of Service Above Self. The recipient will have demonstrated academic achievement and leadership through community activities, in school and in their personal life. The current award is $12,000. payable over eight semesters.  Application can be made through the RHS Guidance Office.
